Maria Wiedner is the Founder and CEO of Cambridge Finance, a company providing training and consulting in real estate financial modelling, AI and data analysis. She also leads Real Estate Women, CIC, promoting diversity and representation in the property industry. Maria teaches at IE School of Architecture and Design in Madrid and contributes as a columnist for BE News and Property Week. A CFA Charterholder and MRICS, she holds an MPhil in Real Estate Finance from the University of Cambridge and has a diverse background in financial services, including REITs, renewables, and derivatives. Maria is fluent in five languages and a strong advocate for mentoring future female leaders in real estate.
