Ilhaam Buckas is a Chartered Accountant turned Data & AI Transformation Leader with over 15 years of international experience, spanning finance leadership, enterprise transformation, and advanced analytics strategy. His journey evolved from CFO and finance transformation roles in FMCG and investment holdings, to leading ERP and governance programmes in the UK healthcare sector. This culminated in his role as Head of Data & Analytics – Asia Pacific at Cushman & Wakefield, where he oversees governance, compliance, and AI readiness across 14 countries and 70,000+ employees. Mr. Buckas’s key achievements include directing a US$4M global data platform with a 100% audit pass rate and zero compliance risk. He partnered with boards to structure governance and drive growth across 10 entities via M&A at Augment Holdings. In recognition of his contributions, he received the Cushman & Wakefield Key Talent Award (2023) and was selected for the Ignite Global Future Leaders Program (Boston, 2025).
