WHAT ARE tHE GLOBAL PROPTECH & CONTECH AWARDS?
The Middle East ConTech & PropTech Awards have been established to recognise the dedication of companies and individuals in the construction & real estate industry with regard to unleashing innovation. This event bring together international companies and innovators, with the awards being presented annually during PropTech Connect Middle East in Dubai.
The trophy presentation will take place 5 February 2026 at the Grand Hyatt starting at 17:00.
The judges will vote on each of the nominees out of our 16 award categories based on criteria such as positive social, economic and ecological impact, the implementation of tech, business scalability and internal sustainable organisational structure, company leadership and growth.
There will be 8 awards going to Technology Providers, 7 awards for Corporate Construction & Real Estate, and 1 award for VCs.

WHAT IS THE PROCESS?
November 13th to December 12th – Submit Your Applications
Nominate yourself or another individual for one of our awards. You can nominate someone up until November 30th on our website.
December 15th – Voting Begins
From the 15th of December until the 9th of January, the public can vote for their favorite nominee.
January 14th – Pre-announcement
We will officially announce the top 10 nominees in each category.
