Bedeir Rizk, co-founder and CEO of PARAGON Developments, is reshaping Egypt’s real estate sector by driving sustainable and innovative development practices. Under his leadership, PARAGON is focused on creating workspaces and communities where innovation, sustainability, and human-centered design empower individuals and organizations to thrive together. Bedeir holds two master’s degrees: an MSc in Computer Science & Engineering from Paderborn University in Germany, and a dual MSc in Management from Frankfurt School of Finance and Columbia Business School in New York, USA. Before founding PARAGON, Bedeir led the commercialization of Qopius, a robotics and AI startup, across France and Germany until its acquisition in 2020. He also mentors and advises tech startups in Europe, offering his expertise in growth, innovation, and product development. His international experiences in Berlin, Paris, and New York have shaped his belief in the transformative power of cities to foster creativity, connection, and growth. His professional journey also includes key roles in investment banking with BNP Paribas and KPMG, where he focused on strategic growth and investment. Bedeir’s vision goes beyond traditional real estate, centering on regeneration through the integration of cutting-edge technology, sustainability, and human-centered design—delivering a lasting positive impact on both the planet and its communities.
