Fawaz Farooqui is a Saudi entrepreneur and strategist recognized for leading transformational initiatives across tourism, real estate, culture, and national development. He currently serves as Chairman and CEO for MENA at Flow, a real estate operator and technology company redefining modern living through innovation and design. Previously, he served as Managing Director of Cruise Saudi, where he established and led the Kingdom’s cruise industry from inception—developing ports, destinations, and global partnerships that positioned Saudi Arabia as a new player in international tourism. Before that, he was Senior Advisor to the Minister of Culture, advancing initiatives that elevated Saudi creativity, heritage, and cultural engagement globally. Earlier, Fawaz served as Chief Executive Officer of the National Transformation Program, a central pillar of Vision 2030, overseeing large-scale reforms and cross-sector partnerships that accelerated Saudi Arabia’s economic diversification. He has held board seats at Saudi Arabian Airlines, Flyadeal, Cruise Saudi, and the Saudi Sports for All Federation. Educated at Stanford University and recognized as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum, Fawaz brings strategic vision, disciplined governance, and entrepreneurial drive that continue to shape Saudi Arabia’s transformation journey.
