Osama Morad is a VP of Data Science & AI with more than 17 years of experience leading digital transformation across real estate, hospitality, and enterprise environments. He holds a master’s degree in Data Science from Deakin University and is currently pursuing a PhD in Artificial Intelligence at the University of Texas at Austin. Osama has led major initiatives in AI automation, CRM transformation, and advanced analytics, enabling organizations to better understand their customers, optimize operations, and increase revenue impact. He has built enterprise AI tools such as Leadscoring , CashMate, MarketingMate, and ProjectMate, shaping data-driven decision-making at scale. He is also the founder of Kayfa, an EdTech platform focused on AI-driven skills development, and the founder of OrkaTech.ai, a consultancy specializing in CRM and enterprise automation. Osama has been recognized as Data Scientist of the Year 2024 for his contribution to advancing AI and data science in the region.
