Alexander Morari, MRICS, operates at the intersection of real estate, technology, and capital. As CEO of PropertyTalents, he leads executive search mandates across Europe and the Middle East for real estate and PropTech firms seeking leadership talent. He founded RealTimes, an innovative real estate media platform focused on European commercial real estate markets. Through NOVARES, his real estate advisory practice, he advises on capital markets transactions, cross-border expansion, M&A, and strategic repositioning for institutional and private investors. Alexander is GP and Founder of Pre-A Club VC, currently fundraising a $50M fund focused on early-stage PropTech and ConTech ventures. He also founded ITKeyMedia, a tech media outlet covering startups and innovation across CEE. Known as a connector and strategist, Alexander brings together investors, operators, and innovators – making him a natural fit for moderating high-stakes industry dialogue. His cross-sector perspective allows him to bridge conversations between capital allocators, technology builders, and real estate operators.
