Cendra Raises $1M Seed to Build the "Invisible GM" and End Operational Chaos in Hospitality

Shared 10 February, 2026

Cendra, the AI-powered property operations platform, announced a $1M Seed round led by Revo Capital, with participation from Heartfelt, Türkiye Development Fund, and APY Ventures. The funding will accelerate integrations that increase Cendra’s automation rate, the share of operational work completed end-to-end without human intervention. At the core of this effort are prebuilt, domain-trained autonomous agents that can plan, decide, and execute operational work across guest communication, property tasks, and vendor coordination.

Co-founded by Can Koseoglu, Ali Ozaltin and Mumin Sahin alongside founding engineer Aybuke Hamide Ak and Efe Genc, Cendra is building the “Invisible GM”, a layer of prebuilt autonomous AI agents that run hospitality operations by default, orchestrating workflows across the guest and property lifecycle while escalating only true exceptions to humans. By connecting knowledge, decisions, and execution, Cendra helps teams run more consistent operations across portfolios, so operators can scale without adding chaos.

Cendra turns routine work into agent-run workflows, where prebuilt autonomous agents handle triage, decision-making, task creation, follow-ups, and SOP enforcement, while workflows provide guardrails for safety, consistency, and auditability.

“The job becomes a chain of micro-decisions across too many tools,” said Can Koseoglu, CEO and co-founder of Cendra. “That system breaks the moment you try to scale. Operations break at scale because they’re a chain of thousands of micro-decisions across too many tools,” said Can Koseoglu. “Cendra embeds those decisions into prebuilt autonomous agents, so workflows run end-to-end and humans only step in when judgment truly matters. What’s different about Cendra is that operators define the outcome: a resolved guest issue, a clean unit, a ready check-in, and Cendra’s agents decide the steps needed to get there, end-to-end.”

“Cendra’s team understands operator pain and is translating it into an autonomous, context-aware system,” said Cenk Bayrakdar, Founding Partner and Managing Director of Revo Capital. “We’re excited to partner with them early.”

Over 2026, Cendra plans to expand its workflow-first roadmap with AI-assisted cleaning and inspection workflows, deeper smart-home integrations (locks, thermostats, sensors), and automation that reduces manual checks while improving consistency across portfolios. The Cendra UI evolves into a review layer, centred around a timeline of activity and outcomes, so teams can quickly audit execution, spot exceptions, and step in only when needed.
