Global PropTech & ConTech Awards 2026

The Annual Global PropTech & ConTech Awards were established to recognise the dedication of companies and individuals in the construction and real estate industries in regard to unleashing innovation. 

In 2026, the ceremony was opened by PropTech Connect and their partner Imtiaz Developments, with the awards presented by Jesse Michael and Michelle Andrew. We are proud to celebrate the winners across the 14 different categories. 

Digital Developer Award: Grovy Developers

Grovy Developers has been awarded for exemplifying digital transformation in real estate development. By integrating cutting-edge technologies across design, construction, and customer experience, they have set a global benchmark for modern, tech-enabled, and sustainable real estate development.

Digital Agency / Broker Award: Century 21

Century 21 London Central stands as a paragon of digital transformation in the property market. By blending a global franchise reach with hyper-local digital expertise, they have set a new gold standard for high-tech, high-touch brokerage.

Digital Property Manager Award: MENA Facilities Management 

This award recognizes the smart cleaning model implemented by MENA Facilities Management at Queen Alia International Airport. By using the MIMS platform to automate workflows based on flight data and IoT sensors, they improved staff productivity by 35% and reached record levels of passenger satisfaction.

Green Performance Award: Robochute (The Azrieli Sarona Project) 

The Azrieli Sarona Tower project, powered by Robochute, won for its exceptional commitment to LEED and WELL principles. By automating waste chute maintenance, the project has successfully reduced odor emissions, minimized water use, and lowered the carbon footprint associated with manual building operations.

Tech Leadership Award: Taha Alandejani 

Eng. Taha Alandejani won this award for his transformative impact on industry standards across Madinah and beyond. His leadership has fostered a digital-first culture, mentoring the next generation of architects and bridging the gap between sacred heritage and future technology.

Master Builder Award: FindNido 

FindNido was recognized for redefining the housing lifecycle through a tech-driven model. By connecting land analysis, AI-driven architectural design, and industrialized construction into a single scalable platform, they address the critical global need to build quality housing at speed and scale.

Green Visionary Award: Watergate 

Watergate received the Green Visionary Award for its measurable impact on operational water use and CO2e reduction. Their digital monitoring and leak prevention solutions directly support corporate ESG objectives and improve sustainability metrics across real estate portfolios.

Future Building Management Award: IBOS 

IBOS won for bridging the gap between building technology and human-centered operations. In just three years, their portfolio has grown to over 120 buildings, delivering more than £2.4 million in cumulative energy savings and championing a data-driven shift in asset management.

Capital Wisdom Award: Yardi

 Yardi received this honor for its unified enterprise platform that enables investors to manage assets with unprecedented transparency. By replacing fragmented workflows with a single source of truth, organizations using Yardi have saved up to a full week per quarter on reporting and reduced invoice processing time by 70%.

Market Makers Award: Bright Spaces 

Bright Spaces earned this award for redefining office leasing through Intelligent 3D Space Planning. Their platform allows landlords in over 27 countries to present spaces interactively, accelerating the leasing cycle and providing the world-class digital experiences expected in the modern Middle East market.

Dubai Tech Expansion Award: MRI Software 

MRI Software was recognized for its strategic growth and deep impact across the Middle East. Through partnerships with market leaders like Enova and Concordia, MRI’s technology has digitalized paper-based processes and unlocked new levels of efficiency in regional facilities management.

NextGen Innovation Award: DigiShares 

DigiShares was recognized for leading the way in real estate tokenization for VARA-registered firms in Dubai. By using smart contracts on the blockchain, they are transforming antiquated capital markets, allowing smaller investors to access real estate with newfound liquidity.

Rapid Impact Award: Smart Bricks

In less than a year, Smart Bricks built one of the world’s most advanced AI engines for real estate. Achieving 94% valuation accuracy and collapsing six-month acquisition cycles into minutes, they have quickly become a standard-bearer for AI-powered infrastructure in Dubai and beyond.

Innovation Catalyst Award: REACH 

REACH, a global accelerator backed by Second Century Ventures, was honored for its massive contribution to the tech ecosystem. Having supported and invested in over 300 real estate tech companies globally, REACH has now established a powerful presence in the Middle East.

Partner Award: SmartSpaces

SmartSpaces has been awarded the prestigious Partner Award for its long-standing strategic partnership with PropTech Connect in delivering the Smart Building Showcase, which brings together 20+ partners every year to help unleash innovation into the industry. Their international presence and their global launch highlight the dedication to demonstrating how integrated smart building technologies can work together in real time.
