Grosvenor Property UK has appointed Jonathan Rae as its new Chief Financial Officer. Jonathan joined the business on 11 May 2026 and will succeed Debbie Lee, who will transition into the role of Grosvenor Chief Financial Officer later this summer following Rob Davis’s decision to retire.
Jonathan brings almost two decades of finance leadership experience in the UK property sector across residential, retail, office and logistics, with a proven track record in funding strategy, investor partnerships, governance and operational delivery. He joins GPUK from PLATFORM_, the build-to-rent developer and operator, where he held the position of Finance Director from 2018.
