Steph Moore is the Head of Property Operations within the asset management business at Legal & General. Appointed to the role in 2025, she brings over two decades of extensive industry expertise, having previously spent 20 years at JLL within its property and asset management business, where she most recently served as L&G’s contract director. In her current position at L&G, Steph is responsible for driving and managing relationships with key property management partners across the firm’s private markets platform. She is deeply involved in accelerating commercial momentum and real estate growth, notably leading the evolution of Vizta, L&G’s proprietary digital business-to-business platform dedicated to supporting occupiers. Her comprehensive understanding of L&G’s partnership model allows her to deliver operational excellence and strengthen support structures for occupiers across the firm’s expansive real estate platform.
