Campions Group Has Completed its Third Acquisition to Expand its Presence Across London Property Market

Campions Group has completed its third acquisition in little more than a month as the business continues to expand its presence across the London property market. The estate agency group has acquired Battersea & Nine Elms Estates following its recent purchases of Aston Chase and the residential agency division of Madison Brook.

The latest deal forms part of Campions Group’s strategy to focus exclusively on London after revealing plans earlier this year to exit operations in the South West. Battersea & Nine Elms Estates, which operates in the Nine Elms regeneration area and around Battersea Power Station, will continue to trade under its existing brand.

Richard Davies, Director of UK operations at Campions, said, “Battersea & Nine Elms Estates is a highly respected business with deep roots in one of London’s most dynamic residential markets.
