Sandy Livingstone is the Chief Executive of Onward Homes, a leading North West-based housing association managing a portfolio of 35,000 homes. A Chartered Surveyor with over thirty years of executive experience in strategic residential management and leader-driven regeneration, Sandy originally joined Onward in 2017 as Executive Director of Property. Throughout his tenure, he has overseen development, asset management, and building safety, previously leading Onward’s digital and IT strategy. As Chief Executive, he guides the strategic direction of the organization, managing a massive £400 million neighborhood investment program and a 5,000-home development pipeline as a strategic partner of Homes England. Sandy focuses on place-based regeneration, collaborating with local communities, customers, and regional stakeholders to build high-quality, energy-efficient housing and deliver enhanced neighborhood services that foster long-term social and economic prosperity across the North West.
