The UK is one of our first international markets and we’re actively building our network here. I’d love to meet Heads of Land, Development Directors, Heads of Acquisitions, and Investment Managers at UK developers, REITs, BTR and PBSA operators, and real estate funds, especially teams who still pull planning, density, and viability data from five different sources before they can price a site. Equally keen to connect with PropTech founders, investors, and ecosystem partners building the decision layer for real estate.
Matthias Zühlke is Co-Founder and CEO of syte, the property intelligence platform that lets developers, investors, and asset managers evaluate any site in minutes instead of weeks. An architect by training, Matthias spent over a decade leading real estate projects as managing partner at a German architecture practice before founding syte in 2021 to solve a problem he kept running into himself: site evaluation that still took weeks while millions were at stake on every deal. He has built and led multiple ventures at the intersection of architecture and technology. Today syte is the German market leader in property intelligence and is now expanding into the UK as one of its first international markets.
