Ventro Group, a UK building compliance specialist, has announced the acquisition of R.D. Jukes & Co. Ltd., a business delivering complex electrical engineering works.
R.D. Jukes brings technical expertise across mains infrastructure, power distribution and complex electrical systems, including standby power, UPS and IPS solutions designed to support critical environments. The business also delivers advanced emergency lighting, electrical testing and compliance services, alongside specialist systems such as nurse call, and life-safety systems, where reliability and precision are essential.
