Trebellar, a company building AI-native decision making for corporate real estate management, has announced $18 million in Series A funding led by Blossom Capital, with participation from Haystack, Alt Capital, 1Flourish Capital, and Bynd Venture Capital.
Trebellar gives real estate teams one live view of their portfolio, covering how much space they have, what it costs, and whether it’s actually working for the people using it. The platform layers commute times, transit access, and team sentiment on top of that core data, into a single system of record. Instead of a one-time report or a static dashboard, it tracks why each decision was made, whether it held up, and what to do next.
Diego Ferreiro Val, Co-founder & CEO of Trebellar, said, “Real estate has been the one back-office function still running on spreadsheets and outside consultants. We built Trebellar to give leaders the independence to make these decisions themselves, with the same speed and confidence every other part of the business already has.”

Trebellar will use the new funding to grow its engineering and go-to-market teams, deepen its AI capabilities, and expand its enterprise customer base.
