Ali Sharif Al Marzooqi is Vice President, Property & Community Management at Deyaar, overseeing leasing, business development, customer experience and community standards. He has more than two decades of experience in HR and real estate across the UAE, with senior roles at Aldar Properties, where he led large-scale HR transformations, and at Deyaar. He has also served as Finance Director of the UAE Padel Association.
