Rico Picenoni is Global Head of Residential at The Langham Hotel & Resorts and an executive board member with two decades of involvement in hospitality and real estate projects. Experience spans hotel and residential development, contract negotiation, asset management, strategic advisory, highest-and-best-use feasibility and investment analysis. Picenoni holds a degree in hospitality and business management from Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne, with further education in real estate and asset management.
