Affinius Capital and Mountpark have announced the appointment of Craig Hughes as Chief Executive Officer of Mountpark, Affinius’s wholly owned Pan-European logistics development company. Craig will assume responsibility for Mountpark’s leadership and business execution to advance its development strategy and continued growth across its key European logistics markets.
Craig has served as Global Real Estate Leader at PwC, following earlier leadership of PwC’s UK real estate and global sovereign wealth fund real estate practices. Earlier in his career, he was EY’s Head of Real Estate, Hospitality & Construction for the UK and Ireland. Since leaving PwC, Craig has been the CEO of a division of a technology-enabled business services company, a Senior Advisor to a decarbonisation business.
Outside of his corporate responsibilities, Craig has maintained an active connection to industry bodies including the Urban Land Institute, LandAid and the British Property Federation (BPF).
