David Oates, Chief Revenue Officer, YAVICA

As Chief Revenue Officer, David is responsible for the Go To Market strategy and execution for YAVICA, the Microsoft based Property Management ERP platform, covering both back and front-office for many leading Real Estate organisations. Having had a long and successful career in the technology market, he has spent the last 15 years in Commercial Real Estate, including roles such as SVP International for Altus (previously Argus Software), where he grew revenues 300% during his tenure, and Chief Revenue Officer for Proda where he helped the company go from pre-revenue to almost £2M of annual recurring revenue in less than 2 years. He is focused on driving sustainable growth and change within the industry and is a real advocate for the space. He is also known for his commitment to diversity in real estate, having published several articles and spoken on many platforms.
