Fuchs & Eule has raised €10 million financing round is led by GET Fund as the lead investor. New investors PI Impact and WaVe-X, as well as existing investors SET Ventures, Picus Capital, and Realyze Ventures, are also participating. The funds will primarily be used to expand the company’s digital business model, for example, for AI technologies, the development of intelligent screening tools, data-driven analyses, and customised renovation consulting.
The goal is to create the foundation for transforming real estate portfolios into more energy-efficient properties. Data-driven in-house analyses and AI-supported solutions are essential for this. This allows for renovation decisions to be made with maximum precision and for portfolios to be developed in a way that increases their value. According to an evaluation of completed projects to date, an average of 21.6 tons of CO₂ per building per year has been saved thanks to Fuchs & Eule’s technologies.
Tobias Frese, Co-CEO of Fuchs & Eule, said, “The biggest hurdle is not the willingness to renovate, but the complexity of the decisions. We make them manageable with AI-supported analyses, clear recommendations for action and sound advice for the entire real estate portfolio.”
Isabelle Canu, Partner at GET Fund, said, “I have been involved in building renovations since their introduction in 2005 and have repeatedly been frustrated by the blanket recommendations of uniform but inconsistent quality. Fuchs & Eule stands out because it translates building physics insights into tailored renovation measures that are both energy-efficient and economically sound. That’s why I’m very pleased to support the team.”
