Bayerische Hausbau Real Estate (BHRE) and infinitSpace have entered a strategic partnership to jointly create flexible workspaces.
For BHRE, the partnership provides an opportunity to further expand its long-term approach to active real estate management and implement innovative concepts for commercial properties. The partnership combines the company’s extensive expertise in providing service-oriented flexible work environments with its proprietary technology platform, from initial enquiry through to the day-to-day workplace experience.
Marcel Wnendt, CEO and CFO of Bayerische Hausbau Real Estate, said, “We need forward-looking concepts that respond to the changing expectations of companies and people when it comes to modern working environments. The partnership’s first joint location is scheduled to open in Munich in October 2026. It will be infinitSpace’s first location in Munich, its third in Germany and its thirteenth worldwide.
