Ioannis previously served as the Chief Investment Officer at Vita Group, where he orchestrated international expansion into Spain, delivering flagship Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) schemes and scaling local high-performing teams. An expert in driving innovation within operational real estate, Ioannis also serves as a strategic advisor for tech startups, writing and lecturing on how artificial intelligence and PropTech are reshaping property management and modern institutional asset valuation globally.
