Before joining Homes England, she held senior leadership roles at the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and the Food Standards Agency, where she led complex national operations and regulatory frameworks. At Homes England, Kirsty focuses on ensuring the agency operates with maximum efficiency to unlock land, support small and medium-sized builders, and drive investment into the built environment. She is dedicated to fostering a high-performance culture that delivers on the government’s ambitious housing targets, ensuring that every community has access to quality, affordable, and sustainable housing solutions.
