NTrust, a firm focusing on AI-powered real estate data services, and Heartprint, a Munich-based sustainability and digital transformation strategy consultancy, have announced a strategic partnership to help real estate investors, asset managers and lenders turn fragmented ESG data into audit-ready reporting.
Under the partnership, NTrust’s AI-driven data infrastructure, including its REmaap platform for lease abstraction, property accounting and large-scale data extraction, will be combined with Heartprint’s future viability strategy, CSRD/SFDR compliance and change management expertise. Together, the two companies address a gap neither could close alone: turning the vast amounts of data already sitting inside leases, building certificates and operating records into complete, comparable and decision-ready ESG information.
Martin Betts, VP Real Estate Services EMEA at NTrust, said, “Our clients don’t lack data, they lack a way to turn it into something they can act on and report with confidence. By pairing our data extraction capabilities at scale with Heartprint’s regulatory and transformation expertise, we’re closing that gap for investors, asset managers and, increasingly, the lenders behind them.”
The partnership responds to mounting pressure across the real estate value chain: CSRD, SFDR Article 8/9 and TCFD are pushing ESG data from a compliance afterthought into a core part of financing, valuation and investment decisions – for owners as well as the banks and lenders who underwrite them.
Rainer Karcher, CEO of Heartprint, said, “Sustainability in real estate has been treated as a reporting obligation for too long. We see it differently: it’s about future-readiness – the ability to answer any question a bank, investor or insurer asks, at any time, without a fire drill. That only works when data infrastructure and sustainability strategy are built together, not bolted on afterwards. That’s exactly what this partnership delivers.”
