Sage has announced it has acquired Bangert, Inc., a Sage partner and specialist in AI-enabled implementation and onboarding for construction financial management. The acquisition brings Bangert’s deep construction expertise, implementation methodology and scalable onboarding technology into Sage.
Construction businesses manage multiple projects across different entities, subcontractors, suppliers and job sites, making the adoption of new financial management software particularly complex. Bangert’s AskRichard platform combines guided, AI-enabled workflows and expert implementation support to simplify deployment while giving customers access to knowledge throughout the onboarding journey.
