Visium, a company focusing on Far-UVC technology, has announced the appointment of Jason DiBona as Chief Executive Officer. DiBona joins Visium as the company enters its next phase of growth, with demand for continuous, science-backed indoor air and surface protection across commercial real estate, healthcare, education, sports, and other sectors.
DiBona has worked at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and the built environment, driven by the conviction that some of the most important health interventions happen in the air of the buildings people occupy every day.

DiBona succeeds Visium Co-Founder and CEO John Rajchert, who has led the company since its formation. Rajchert will remain actively involved with Visium as Co-Founder and adviser, working with DiBona and the leadership team to support the company’s continued growth and to accelerate breakthrough developments of Far-UVC LEDs from semiconductor research at Visium UltraLabs.
