Bio:

Ivan Balogh is Head of Business Transformation & Treasury at HB Reavis, with group-wide responsibility across European markets. He leads initiatives spanning organisational design, AI adoption, process transformation, business architecture and systems design, decision-making frameworks, and execution. His work sits at the intersection of finance, technology, and business operations, and also includes oversight of treasury activities such as hedging, liquidity management, and financial risk management. Over the past two years, he has co-led the redesign and implementation of BI reporting and IT system improvements across the company, strengthening data transparency, improving management visibility, and enabling better decision-making across the organisation. This work has also supported more structured and transparent reporting, including in ESG-related areas, improving the company’s ability to track performance and communicate sustainability progress more effectively. Alongside his role at HB Reavis, he teaches courses in growth strategy and data strategy at the Prague University of Economics and Business and is engaged in academic research focused on ESG and business strategy.
