Trent Wilkins is the Co-Head of EMEA Real Estate Investment Banking at Goldman Sachs. Appointed to the role in 2025, Trent leads the firm’s real estate investment banking, advisory, and cross-border M&A dealmaking strategies across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. He originally joined Goldman Sachs in 2018 from Barclays, advancing to Managing Director in 2021. With a robust background in debt capital markets (DCM) and corporate investment-grade origination, Trent brings deep capital structure expertise to the real estate sector. He focuses on structuring complex debt and equity capital raising solutions, institutional financing, and strategic advisory for prime property assets. Trent graduated from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in 2011. Based in London, his unique background in corporate finance allows him to deliver innovative financial engineering and advisory solutions for international property funds, sovereign wealth funds, and corporate real estate occupiers globally.
