Miles Skinner is the Head of Investment Management for UK & Ireland at Union Investment Real Estate. Joining the firm in April 2021 to lead the newly established London office, Miles is responsible for driving the growth and strategic management of Union Investment’s real estate portfolio across these key markets. With over 15 years of experience in the sector, he possesses a deep expertise in transactions and asset management across office, residential, and logistics asset classes. Prior to his current role, Miles served as a Director within the European Transactions team at Invesco Real Estate, where he focused on high-value acquisitions across the UK and Ireland. He began his professional journey at CBRE, gaining vital experience in Central London leasing and investment. A member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), Miles is recognized for his disciplined investment approach and his ability to identify high-quality, sustainable income-generating opportunities for institutional funds.
