Who speaker wants to meet
At PropTech Connect Europe 2026, I’m particularly keen to connect with: → Investors and property owners exploring how to embed flexible workspace into their asset and portfolio strategy to drive NOI and long-term value across office, mixed-use, BTR, co-living, and smart labs assets. This includes weighing in-house vs. outsourced operating models, developing co-working, flex and managed strategies, selecting operating partners and delivering operational oversight to ensure the achievement of required returns. → Asset and fund managers evolving their asset management strategies to embed flex and managed offering to deliver valuation uplift and increased rental returns. → Flex operators exploring growth partnerships and new market opportunities across the UK and Europe If you’re working at the intersection of real estate investment and flexible workspace, let’s connect at the conference. 📩 lisa.cations@jcradvisors.co.uk | jcradvisors.co.uk
