Lisa Cations is the Founder and Managing Director of JCR Advisors, a boutique advisory firm specializing in flexible office strategies. A globally recognized flex industry expert, Lisa brings over 20 years of commercial real estate experience across major international advisories—including Cushman & Wakefield, JLL, and CBRE—and executive sales leadership roles at top flex operators like Industrious, Hana, and IWG. She advises landlords, institutional investors, and corporate occupiers on optimizing their workspace portfolios through strategic operator selection and innovative partnership structures. Lisa holds MBAs from Columbia Business School and London Business School, and a Master’s in Real Estate Investment and Finance. A visiting lecturer at Columbia and Oxford Saïd, her academic research shapes how operational real estate is taught globally. She is also a Member of RICS and a dedicated trustee for the wellness charity City of Opportunities.
