Stephanie Grayson is the Founder and CEO of Cambio, the AI-native operating system for commercial real estate. She began her career as an institutional real estate investor at Goldman Sachs and KKR, deploying over $2 billion of capital — experiencing first-hand the inadequacy of the technology landscape. Rather than accept that, she left the owner-side to build the solutions she wished she’d had. Stephanie co-founded Cambio with Leia de Guzman, whom she met at Stanford, where she earned an MBA and a Master’s in the Sustainable Built Environment, building on her degree from Harvard. Today, Cambio deploys AI to turn raw building data into faster capital, compliance and capex decisions for some of the world’s largest property owners.
